BrightPath Kids in Ellington, CT is seeking an Associate Center Director to partner with the Center Director, teachers, and families to create a nurturing home away from home for children from 6 weeks to 12 years.

You will help ensure safety, support licensing compliance, manage budgets and staffing, and substitute as Center Director when needed, while fostering a professional, caring team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2+ years of childcare or teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Ability to work independently within Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Ensure staff understand objectives and expectations in each classroom.
• Assist Center Director with licensing requirements and internal policies.
• Understand, manage, and track expenses, revenue, and budgets.
