• New York Bar admitted Associate or Senior Associate level with strong academics, and experience in Capital Markets and securities background.
• Experience advising on public equity offerings and preparing SEC registration statements; familiarity with the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Confident in working directly with clients and collaborating with partners and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Capital Markets partners on a varied mix of public offerings and securities transactions.

I'm working with a highly regarded, and ranked, mid-sized New York law firm looking to appoint a Capital Markets Associate to its established Corporate and Securities practice. This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded transactional team advising public companies, investment banks and other market participants on a broad range of securities offerings and ongoing corporate matters.

The firm combines the quality and complexity of work associated with larger international practices with a more concentrated team structure, offering the potential for greater transactional responsibility, direct partner exposure and meaningful client relationships.

The Opportunity

Candidate Checklist
