Infosys seeks an Associate in the Technology career stream for recent graduates in CS, IT and related fields. You will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle, blending analysis, design, development, testing and production support.

This entry-level role is ideal for graduates eager to learn, solve problems and start a technology career in a global, collaborative environment.

As an Associate, you will receive structured training and hands on exposure to the software development lifecycle, blending analysis, design and development, testing, and production support. You will work alongside experienced professionals on client facing projects that deliver high quality digital solutions and positive user experiences. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 years) or equivalent
• Recent graduates or students graduating from December 2025 - August 2027

What you will do:

Software Development

• Assist in coding and refinement of basic code structures in line with internal guidelines, to meet project's technical specifications

Production Support and Maintenance

• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, to enhance system reliability

Testing

• Assist in execution of test cases based on guidance and test plans, to meet functional requirements

Technical and Analytical Skills

• Basic understanding of programming concepts (such as Java, Python, C/C++, or similar)
• Focused to develop competence for activities as part of entire SDLC life cycle
• Ability to assist in code development, refinement and testing, adhering to guidance and best practices Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
• Dedication to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and frameworks

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Pay: $65,000 per year
