Guardian Flight, Inc. is hiring a Dispatcher in Florida to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services.

This full-time role assigns and routes transportation requests and requires clear communication to ensure quality support and care for our customers. The position monitors calls and emails, schedules and routes requests, documents communications per protocols, and collaborates with allied health and public safety personnel.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service.
