Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of purchasing experience.
• Familiarity with purchasing procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Creates POs to procure goods or services and tracks accuracy.
• Supports supplier management under Lead Purchasing Agent/Buyer Manager.
• Performs vendor and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinates with suppliers to confirm pricing and payment terms.
• Resolves PO/invoice discrepancies and reviews purchasing reports.
• Participates in supplier meetings and internal reviews as needed.
• Contributes to procurement department objectives and process improvements.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
