Job summary

Domaille Engineering, LLC is seeking an Associate Buyer to support purchasing activities across production and business needs in Minnesota. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing POs, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate ERP data.

It offers a growth path into a Buyer role as experience increases. The position emphasizes ITAR requirements and adherence to ITAR regulations, with a hands-on environment that includes office work and occasional floor exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Prior purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned outside processing suppliers and purchase orders, evaluating delivery requirements and coordinating solutions.
• Oversee supplier relationships by monitoring performance and communicating expectations.
• Support tooling inventory management and processing tooling orders.
• Own inventory categories, including MRO supplies, and maintain stock levels across sites.
• Maintain purchasing records and data within ERP and Excel systems.
