As an Associate Buyer at Enclosure Systems, you will support the procurement team by assisting in sourcing materials and components needed for our custom manufacturing processes. You will work under the guidance of senior buyers and collaborate closely with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate purchasing activities. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, an interest in procurement, and a desire to grow within a custom manufacturing environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
• Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement processes. Experience with Oracle or other procurement systems is a plus.
• Customer Focus: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist in procuring materials and components based on production requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, receipts, and inventory levels.
• Support the warehouse team in tracking deliveries and ensuring proper material handling.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Work with the production and engineering teams to understand basic material requirements.
• Help forecast material needs based on production schedules and project timelines.
• Assist with resolving material discrepancies, defects, and supplier issues with guidance from senior staff.

PAY RATE: $21 - $23/hr.
