As an Associate Business Systems Consultant in BTS Information Research (IR), you will play a critical role in supporting the global Development Biological Sciences (DBS) organization, specifically focusing on the Quantitative, Translational and ADME Sciences (QTAS) business area. You will serve as a key liaison within a global team, bridging business stakeholders and IT to ensure accurate capture and translation of business requirements into effective technological solutions. Your key responsibilities will include understanding and documenting business process flows, gathering business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading system implementation and support efforts. Additionally, you will be the designated IT System Owner for multiple systems used within the DBS Organization, demonstrating leadership in guiding teams and overseeing system management to meet organizational objectives.
