• Analyze system issues, root causes, and determine if solutions can be addressed via configuration or require escalation to developers.
• Partner with developers when custom development is required by providing clear functional requirements, validating solutions, and confirming outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate QA/QC and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet requirements prior to release.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, explaining system behavior, constraints, and trade-offs clearly.
• Support multiple projects and system initiatives simultaneously while tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.

The Associate Business Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining business systems that support Frontier's energy efficiency programs. This role owns the translation of program and business requirements into implemented system behavior, ensuring data flows accurately across platforms, integrations function as intended, and solutions are tested, documented, and reliable in production environments. The Associate Business Systems Analyst works closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and developers as needed, while maintaining direct accountability for system configuration, testing, and ongoing system integrity.
