three sixty Merchandising Solutions seeks an Associate Business Manager to grow a portfolio of small to mid‑sized CPG clients. You will manage business performance and day‑to‑day execution with guidance from a Senior Manager or Director.

You will own relationships, leverage data to drive strategic decisions, and coordinate with Kroger stakeholders and internal teams to deliver results. This role develops skills to independently manage larger client businesses over time.

Competenze

• 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Economics or equivalent education.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capacity to learn multiple computer systems and web‑based applications.
• Capability to collaborate with others and contribute effectively to a team.
• Expert organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to effectively craft and deliver a message to senior level executives.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and multi‑task.
• Adapt to advancing technology and Kroger systems.

Mansioni

• Lead and strengthen client engagement and serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients.
• Pull and manage data through 84.51 Stratum, OnDemand and related systems.
• Create and distribute weekly and period scorecards and reports.
• Analyze performance to identify opportunities or risks and translate into recommendations.
• Develop, execute and support promotional plans aligned with client strategy and Kroger guardrails.
• Drive assortment and new item success in coordination with leadership.
• Provide flawless administrative support across systems and processes; manage contracts and workflows.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals and timelines.
• Represent three sixty Merchandising Solutions to clients and Kroger stakeholders.
