LG Electronics North America is seeking an Associate Business Manager for the Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) team. You will design, develop, and manage activities for SKS products from planning through production and end-of-life, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and HQ to ensure success.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage back-office issues, and support in planning, tracking and executing key business activities, driving continuity and performance across the product

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Bilingual English / Korean preferred.

The Opportunity:

As the Associate Business Manager, you will be part of the Home Solutions SKS (Signature Kitchen Suite) Team and will be expected to design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from the planning stage through production, release, and end of the product lifecycle.

You will work closely with many stakeholders both internal and external to the organization (including but not limited to Sales, Product Management, Business Manager, and other stakeholders in HQ).

Responsibilities:

• Manage SKS Business related back office issues


• Lead product Roadmap of SKS NPI/EOL Management


• Learn and manage routine business processes to maintain continuity during leadership and personnel transactions


• Coordinate with cross functional teams to support business objectives and operational initiatives


• Assist in planning, tracking and executing business activities to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.


• Will design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from the planning stage through production, release, and end of the product lifecycle.


• Support business cycle management by understanding and participating in recurring operational and reporting processes.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to address business needs, prioritize critical tasks, and support strategic initiatives


• Maintain organized documentation, reports and operational records to support business continuity and decision making


• Provide administrative and analytical support to help drive efficient business operations and improvement

Education / Experience (Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree is required with2+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting required.


• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.


• Bilingual (English / Korean) is preferred

$80,000 — $90,000 USD
