Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a proactive Business Development support professional in Rockford, IL to help advance client engagements and drive new opportunities. The role involves attending client meetings, documenting outcomes, and coordinating follow-up actions with the Global BD team.

You will assist in meetings, manage smaller accounts, and support site visits and trade shows while coordinating with the Lead Generation Manager to identify fresh clinical business leads.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and BRMs, take comprehensive meeting minutes within two days.
• Follow up on client information requests for the Global BD team.
• Respond to inquiries via email, website, phone, and trade shows.
• Assist Business Development Executives in organizing Quarterly Business Review meetings.
• Manage smaller, less complex accounts.
• Attend trade shows in a supportive capacity.
• Coordinate PCI Site Visits: book rooms, attendees, slide decks, materials.
• Represent the Lead Generation Manager in seeking new clinical leads.
• Research drug development companies and update Salesforce database.
• Make outbound calls to drug development companies including CROs, device and gene therapy orgs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings and BRM’s as directed, either face to face or via phone, generate comprehensive meeting minutes within two days of the meeting
• Follow up on requests for information from clients and the Global BD team.
• Respond to inquiries that come in via email, the website, by phone and/or through trade shows.
• Assisting Business Development Executives in both the internal and external management and organization of Quarterly Business Review Meetings
• Manage smaller, less complex accounts
• Attend trade shows in a supportive capacity, if required
• Manage PCI Site Visits, book rooms, organize internal attendees, collate slide decks and presentation materials
• Attend PCI Site Meetings on behalf of the Business Development Executive (if appropriate)
• Support and manage the submission of legal documentation such as CDAs or MSAs to both the PCI and Client legal teams.
• Manage and support the administrative details of client set up and quote execution and related tasks.
• Supporting the Lead Generation Manager, responsible for seeking out, finding, and developing new clinical business leads.
• Research various drug development companies, and update their information within SalesForce.com database.
• Making outbound calls to drug development companies including CROs, medical device, animal health and cell & gene therapy organizations
