Navitas Organics, a Laird Superfood brand, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager in Boulder, CO (Hybrid) to help bring our marketing plans to life. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn quickly, own projects, and grow with a fast-growing brand.

You will support media, innovation, shopper marketing, and sales enablement, track budgets, and help develop campaign briefs.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, account management, category management, or a related field.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus.
• Eager to learn quickly and grow with a brand focused on health.

Responsabilidades

• Support media plan execution, including asset tracking and creative briefing
• Act as project lead for innovation projects — charter development, project and task tracking, and execution
• Execute shopper marketing initiatives and support all online/etail listings with best practices
• Track and manage marketing expense budgets
• Develop campaign briefs and support campaign execution
• Support the Sales team with deck building, calendar tracking, and weekly updates
• Track creative deliverables and marketing assets
