Wells Enterprises is looking for a strategic & action-oriented Associate Brand Manager to support the brand in its next era of growth. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the holistic Halo Top business. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in autonomy, commands a mix of creative instincts and analytical prowess, and can inspire a diverse cross functional team to work together to achieve complex goals.

Wells Enterprises is looking for a strategic & action-oriented Associate Brand Manager to support the brand in its next era of growth. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the holistic Halo Top business. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in autonomy, commands a mix of creative instincts and analytical prowess, and can inspire a diverse cross functional team to work together to achieve complex goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions & forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, design, and supply chain to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations across digital, retail, and experiential channels
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, share trends, and marketing ROI.
  • Assist in the development of creative briefs and marketing content that aligns with brand positioning and voice.
  • Monitor category trends and identify growth opportunities or risks.
  • Partner with agencies and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or related CPG roles. Preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Creative problem solver with analytical skills & experience in turning data sets into actionable insights.
  • Written & Verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience executing social and/or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Interest or understanding of the health-conscious food industry, with a passion for developing food that consumers can feel good about.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects at once.

The base pay range for this position is $93,959 to $131,543 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
