Job description

DESCRIPTION

Salary for this position is $44,200/year + 10% bonus potential

This role will support a Brand Manager I, II and work to support the assigned Google Fitbit brand. The individual is expected to understand basic account and brand functions such as rebates, creation of new accounts in the system, ensure correct pricing, data integrity, and is responsible for opening tickets in BUGS for the account team team for new account setups . To be successful, the employee must engage customers in a process-driven environment and operate in a prescriptive manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The individual is expected to be proficient in the following tasks:

  • Engage with and manage client distributor relationships

  • Track rebate issuance and troubleshoot errors

  • Ensure pricing tiers are correct, audit pricing, work with Google sales representatives to ensure distributors are on correct tiers and receive correct pricing

  • Submit tickets in Google BUGS system to set up new accounts

  • Ongoing management of SMB business accounts as assigned

  • Special Projects: as assigned

  • Help with ad hoc report requests

  • Compliance documents

  • Delivery of monthly reporting for assigned brands

  • Basic Business/Google acronyms

  • Understand the Brand Registry

  • Customer Engagement: Recommend and execute strategies for generating customer reviews.

  • Meeting Preparation: Create agendas for meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • 1-2 year(s) in a professional environment, agency or similar experience preferred

  • 1+ year(s) Google LDAP experience highly preferred

  • Basic understanding of eCommerce and retail market channels

  • Associates Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, communications or related field

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field preferred

Minimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Computer System Proficiency: Display proficiency with Google products including g-mail, sheets, slides, chat. Must also be proficient in (list of required systems proficiencies.

  • Tech competent

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Sheets and Retail Math Competency: Demonstrate competency in Google Sheets and basic retail math.

  • Train for and pass Google training certifications, as required
