JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate Banker - Pay Starting at $19+ DOE. Location: 1838 Cardinal Ln, Suamico, Wisconsin.

SUMMARY

Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships and performing teller duties. Performs sales support activities for the sales area of the branch. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support. Perform office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs. Some Associate Bankers are assigned as Area Associate Bankers; staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open new accounts and perform deposit account maintenance; respond to customers promptly and courteously; ensure required forms are completed accurately and the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts; ensure the customer receives proper disclosures.
• Have appropriate blend of teller referrals and production as required at branch level to achieve referral and point goals.
• Provide basic information on consumer loan products; refer potential consumer loan customers to an appropriate individual.
• Recognize additional customer opportunities.
• Perform office and administrative duties as required.
