Area Associate Banker - Kenosha Main – Starting at $19+ DOE

Location: 5117 Green Bay Road, Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Position Type: Full‑time / Regular

SUMMARY

Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships, and performing teller duties. Performs sales support activities for the sales area of the branch. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support.

Perform office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs. Area Associate Bankers are assigned to a specific branch but may also report to and support other branch locations within a district. Areas of travel may include Kenosha, Muskego, Franklin, Oak Creek, and other branches in our southern territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales: Opens new accounts and performs deposit account maintenance; responds to customers in a prompt and courteous manner; ensures required forms are completed accurately; ensures the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts; ensures the customer receives the proper disclosures. Has an appropriate blend of teller referrals and production as required at branch level to achieve referral and point goals.
