Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Incline Village, NV for a part-time role. You will greet clients, handle transactions, open accounts, and guide customers in using Chase mobile and online tools.

You will build trusted relationships and deliver attentive service in a welcoming branch environment. You will work with a team to ensure smooth operations, adhere to policies, and assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or banking is preferred.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on using technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their banking needs.
