Qualifications

• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and laws.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and maintaining currency procedures.
