Job summary

FORTÉ is seeking an Audio-Visual Systems Programmer to design, develop, and implement AV control programs and DSP audio designs that align with project scopes and related documentation.

You will work with design engineers, project managers, and customers to ensure solutions meet standards and branding while troubleshooting complex systems across multiple vendors. This role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and delivering high-quality AV experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of programming AV control systems
• Certifications in Crestron, QSC, Biamp preferred
• Working knowledge of DSP setup and configuration
• Advanced troubleshooting and legacy/modern AV integration
• Debugging multi-vendor systems and resolving escalations
• Touch panel UI design aligned with branding and functionality
• CTS Certification is a plus

The Audio-Visual Systems Programmer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of complex AV control system programs and DSP audio designs that align with project scopes of work and related documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of programming experience in AV control systems
• Certifications in Crestron, QSC, Biamp and similar technologies are preferred
• Working knowledge of DSP setup and configuration.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills are required, with expertise in integrating and optimizing both legacy and modern AV systems.
• Expertise in debugging complex multi-vendor systems and resolving escalated issues.
• Strong knowledge of FORTÉ' project flow processes and adherence to programming standards...
• Touch panel UI design skills, ensuring user-friendly interfaces aligned with branding and functionality requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with design engineers, project managers, and customers.
• CTS Certification is a plus
