The position involves operating automated equipment, assisting with line setups and changeovers, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma or military training, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechatronics, electronics, or manufacturing tech.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Willing to work day or night shifts, including a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with GMP and regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation and monitoring of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Support production line setup, equipment changeovers, and batch execution activities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Escalate complex equipment issues to senior technicians or engineering teams.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or downtime events.
• Support preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Adhere to GMP and SOPs.
• Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to support daily operations.
