Job summary

Brooksource seeks an Associate Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment and production operations in a highly automated pharmaceutical environment in Concord, NC. Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma, or military training with hands-on maintenance experience.

Demonstrated troubleshooting mindset and ability to use maintenance tools safely.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment and packaging lines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Support line setups, changeovers, startup activities, and reliability improvements.
Document tasks in maintenance management systems and follow GMP procedures.
