We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate Attorney for a fully remote role, serving self-insured and public sector clients in California. The attorney will manage cases through hearings and trials, draft pleadings, and work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 0–3+ years of experience, is admitted to the California Bar, and is located in Southern California.

Qualifikationen

• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 0–3+ years of experience preferred.
• Workers’ compensation defense experience preferred but open to adjacent litigation backgrounds.
• Must be located in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, Ventura preferred).
