We Are Legal Revolution seeks a midlevel associate to lead plaintiff-side workers’ compensation matters in a hybrid Southern California role. Primary base in the Ontario area with regional travel as needed, and frequent court appearances on contingency.

You will manage intake through resolution, argue motions, participate in hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and coordinate coverage across Southern California while building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–5 years of relevant workers’ compensation experience (applicant-side preferred).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Ability to handle a court-heavy caseload and adapt to practice direction.
• Willingness to be based in the Ontario area with Southern California travel/coverage.

A confidential plaintiff-side workers’ compensation litigation opportunity is available with a well-established Southern California practice focused on representing injured workers. This role is designed for a midlevel attorney who enjoys frequent court appearances, direct client advocacy, and hands-on case ownership in a contingency-fee environment.

THE ROLE

• Manage applicant-side workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution.
• Handle appearances and litigation tasks before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, including conferences and hearings.
• Draft and argue motions; manage discovery and evidence development.
• Take and defend depositions and work with medical and other case-related experts as needed.
• Negotiate case resolution and advise clients throughout the life of the claim.
• Coordinate coverage across Southern California when needed.

LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Location:

Hybrid, Southern California (primary base in the Ontario area, with regional travel/coverage as needed).

Schedule:

In office 3 days/week.

Compensation:

$120,000 to $160,000 base salary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active California Bar admission, in good standing.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant workers’ compensation experience (applicant-side preferred).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Ability to handle a court-heavy caseload and adapt to practice direction.
• Willingness to be primarily based in the Ontario area with Southern California travel/coverage.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Strong experience appearing before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
• Involvement (or interest in becoming involved) in local and state bar associations.
• Highly coachable, trainable approach with a practical, client-forward mindset.
