We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles seeks a senior-level trusts and estates attorney to support a sophisticated private client practice. This role offers drafting and advisory responsibilities, serving as the day-to-day contact for clients.

Ideal candidates have up to 9 years of experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and can manage matters with limited oversight in an in-office four-days-per-week schedule.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar admission in good standing.
• Trusts and estates experience appropriate for a senior-level seat (up to 9 years).
• Strong drafting, issue-spotting, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently with strong client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement core estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and related ancillary instruments.
• Advise clients on trust and estate administration issues and coordinate matter execution from intake through completion.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, issue spotting, and timely delivery of work product.
• Maintain high-quality written work product and clear client communications.
