Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Connecticut Bar
• Minimum of two years of legal experience
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of pleadings, court filings, and litigation procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize a high-volume workload
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify legal and procedural issues
• Ability to exercise sound legal judgment and elevate matters appropriately
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of legal documents for accuracy and compliance
• Identify and resolve issues requiring attorney review
• Conduct legal research and provide written analysis
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, and other documents
• Triage incoming matters and prioritize assignments by deadlines
• Support litigation matters throughout the case lifecycle
• Attend court hearings and appearances as required
• Monitor court deadlines and filings
• Collaborate with attorneys, teams, clients, and courts
• Maintain high accuracy, organization, and professional judgment
