Job summary

Parnalllaw is seeking a seasoned personal injury/insurance defense attorney to join our Albuquerque team. The role combines intake, investigations, negotiation, and litigation to advocate for injured clients, with a collaborative, team-driven culture.

We offer substantial earning potential with base pay plus bonuses ($200,000–$400,000 annually), a $25,000 sign-on, and $10,000 relocation support. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00, in-office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years personal injury or insurance defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Intake / First Meeting with Clients: Show compassion and build trust.
• Intake / First Meeting with Clients: Document all facts pertinent to liability, damages, and coverage.
• Intake / First Meeting with Clients: Outline client and office action items to posture the case effectively.
• Investigation: Direct investigations to build strong cases for trial.
• Investigation: Assess insurance coverage and gather critical evidence.
• Negotiation: Prepare cases for trial while evaluating Full Settlement Value.
• Negotiation: Maintain relationships with adjusters while negotiating aggressively and strategically.
• Negotiation: File suit when necessary and guide clients through the litigation process.
• Litigation: Prepare pleadings and discovery for lawsuits.
• Litigation: Strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration.
• General Responsibilities: Timely review and sign correspondence drafted by team members.
• General Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively to ensure cases move efficiently through the process.
• Relocation Support: Relocation assistance to Albuquerque: $10,000.
