Parnalllaw in Atlanta seeks a senior attorney with 5+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience to relocate to Albuquerque, NM. Relocation assistance is provided to ease the transition and support is tailored to your move.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Intake / First Meeting with Clients: Show compassion and build trust; document facts; outline client and office action items.
• Investigation: Direct investigations to build strong cases for trial; assess insurance coverage and gather evidence.
• Negotiation: Prepare cases for trial; maintain relationships with adjusters; file suit when necessary and guide clients through litigation.
• Litigation: Prepare pleadings and discovery; strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration.
• General Responsibilities: Timely review and sign correspondence; collaborate to move cases efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Document all facts pertinent to liability, damages, and coverage.
• Outline client and office action items to posture the case effectively.

Investigation

• Direct investigations to build strong cases for trial.
• Assess insurance coverage and gather critical evidence.

Negotiation

• Prepare cases for trial while evaluating Full Settlement Value.
• Maintain relationships with adjusters while negotiating aggressively and strategically.
• File suit when necessary and guide clients through the litigation process.

Litigation

• Prepare pleadings and discovery for lawsuits.
• Strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration.

General Responsibilities

• Timely review and sign correspondence drafted by team members.
• Collaborate effectively to ensure cases move efficiently through the process.
