Maxwell & Morgan, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The right candidate will have passion for using the law to help clients and will work with peers who bring community association law expertise to collaborative solutions.

This role offers training, support, and potential for partnership in a growing multi-state firm. Experience in real estate, litigation, collections, and related matters is valued.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona and/or Utah.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, research, and trial prep.
• Draft motions including summary judgment and dispositive motions.
• Perform case evaluations and prepare opinion letters.
• Manage community association governance, CC&R enforcement, collections and litigation.
• Maintain billable hour requirements and perform transactional work.
• Respond promptly to emails and phone calls and collaborate with team.
