Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its creditors’ rights and collections practice in Maryland. This role offers early responsibility, direct client interaction, and courtroom exposure within a growing, top law firm environment.

Must be licensed to practice in Maryland. The position supports a flexible hybrid schedule with opportunities to broaden experience across related practice areas and to advance within a supportive, high-growth team.

Qualifications

• Active MD law license or eligibility to practice in Maryland.
• Exposure to banks, community associations, collections, bankruptcy, creditors rights, or FDCPA.
• Ability to manage matters from intake to resolution with supervision.
• Willingness to work in a flexible hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review client records and governing documents and draft analyses and recommendations.
• Appear regularly in district and enforcement courts across jurisdictions.
• Manage enforcement and compliance matters including covenant enforcement and post-judgment remedies.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and property management companies.
• Attend on-site meetings as needed.

A growing and well-established, top law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding creditors’ rights and collections practice. The firm offers a flexible hybrid schedule and exposure to related practice areas over time. MUST be licensed in MD.

This attorney should have exposure to either banks, community association, collections, bankruptcy, creditors rights, or FDCPA. lenders, and community associations. The role provides direct client interaction, courtroom exposure, and the ability to independently manage matters from intake through resolution.
