THE ROLE

Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate finance documents.

Draft, review, and negotiate joint venture agreements.

Conduct and oversee comprehensive real estate due diligence.

Manage closing processes and coordinate transaction stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

5 to 10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

Significant experience with complex commercial real estate matters.

Experience in purchase, sale, finance, and joint venture transactions.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills on sophisticated documents.

Preferred: Background at a highly regarded law firm.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Base salary $270,000 to $320,000, aligned with boutique real estate market levels.

Performance-based compensation with an excellent bonus plan.

Los Angeles based, in office 1 day/week within a remote-first structure.

Target of 1,750 billable hours annually.
