A plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing Los Angeles practice. This role is ideal for an attorney in the 1–3 year range who wants hands‑on responsibility, strong mentorship, and exposure to employment, class action, and PAGA matters without the burnout of full litigation.

The Role
- Work closely with Intake and Managing Attorneys to evaluate potential claims and defendants
- Draft and serve PAGA notices
- Prepare employment-related complaints
- Conduct detailed personnel file reviews
- Perform legal research and factual investigations
- Manage a high volume of employment matters in a fast-paced, plaintiff-side environment
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active California State Bar membership
- 1–3 years of experience in employment law, class actions, PAGA, and/or litigation (strongly preferred)
- Strong drafting, research, and proofreading skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation
- Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven practice
- Interest in long-term growth within employment law
