Job summary

Recruitify is seeking an Associate Attorney for a boutique plaintiff personal injury practice in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time role offers hands-on experience across all phases of personal injury litigation.

We welcome attorneys from recently licensed first-year associates to seasoned litigators who want mentorship and long-term growth. Onsite initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after onboarding.

Qualifications

Active California Bar license.
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Litigation experience as an attorney or clerk is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A strong work ethic and desire to grow as a litigator.

Responsibilities

Assist with and progressively manage a litigation caseload.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and other legal documents.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance carriers.
Work closely with experienced attorneys to develop litigation strategy.
Assist with trial preparation and case resolution.
Build the skills necessary to independently manage complex litigation matters.
