Job summary

Recruitify USA is seeking a California-licensed Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney in Santa Ana, CA. The role offers a base salary of $120,000-$160,000 plus bonuses and the path to a hybrid schedule after onboarding.

You will work on plaintiff PI litigation from case development through trial preparation, with opportunities to own cases and gain hands-on experience alongside veteran attorneys.

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with discovery and motion practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership of assignments and work with increasing independence.
• Interest in building a long-term career in plaintiff-side litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle and assist with plaintiff personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy.
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance carriers.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Take increasing ownership of cases as experience and performance develop.
