3a. law management in Atlanta seeks a full-time Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law and a strong interest in jury trials.

You will manage a large number of files, from pre-suit to litigation, and must be a self-starter with excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized and able to work independently while maintaining client confidentiality and delivering thorough, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Active State Bar membership in good standing.
• 3–5 years of personal injury law experience.
• Interest in handling jury trials and complex negotiations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of PI cases from pre-suit through trial.
• Negotiate settlements and conduct depositions and trials.
• Maintain client communication and case documentation.

Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in personal injury law and a strong interest and desire to handle jury trials. Candidate will manage every aspect of a large number of files that are both pre-suit and litigation cases. Candidate must be a self-confident, self-starter, and fully independent attorney with great analytical skills. Candidate must have strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and prioritize attention to detail and client communication. Personal Injury Associate Attorney – Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for handling an array of personal injury cases. In addition, candidate will be accountable for negotiating settlements and conducting depositions and trials. The ability to handle dynamic personal injury cases from negotiation to settlement, in addition to maintaining a rapport with clients is paramount.

Qualifications & Skills

• A member in good standing of the State Bar
• At least 3-5 years work experience in personal injury law
• Self-motivating, intelligent, and disciplined
• Keen organization, planning, and implementation skills
• Proficiency with electronic documents and procedures
• Be accessible via phone, email, and in-person for efficient communication
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understand need for and comply with client confidentiality
