Qualifications

• 2-8 years of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience (trial experience highly desired but not required).
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file complaints, motions, and other pleadings.
• Handle written discovery and discovery disputes.
• Draft and argue motions in court.

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
