Job Title: Associate Attorney – Toxic Tort / Asbestos / Silica
Location: Any of our California office-Several locations available
Experience Level: 2nd to 6th year from Bar admittance
Salary Range: $145,000 – $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven Associate Attorney to join our Toxic Tort practice group, with a focus on asbestos and silica litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in defense litigation to grow within a dynamic and supportive legal team.
Key Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active member of the California State Bar
2–6 years of defense litigation experience specifically in:
Toxic Tort, Asbestos, and Silica – or –
General Liability or Construction Defect (must be exact practice areas)
Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Billable hours requirement: 1900 hours/year
