Today we are hiring a Remote/Hybrid, Associate Litigation Attorney for our client in San Francisco, CA. You will be able to work full remote as long as you're California-based and a member of the CA Bar!

Our client is an established civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Napa Valley, and Las Vegas. This client is seeking a few civil litigation defense attorneys to join their San Francisco office.

The ideal candidates will be a licensed California attorney with 2 to 4 years of experience, eager to grow their skills in a dynamic, team-oriented, supportive, and engaging environment.

Reporting directly to a partner, all candidates with relevant legal experience will likely manage their own cases as the primary handling attorney.

Responsibilities will include managing court appearances, conducting discovery, handling depositions, filing motions, overseeing meditations, and conducting pre-trials preparations. Additionally, preparing for and participating in trials may also be required.

This role is well-suited for someone passionate about broadening their legal expertise and advancing their career in civil litigation.

This is a Flexible remote/hybrid schedule!
