Romero Park P.S. is a high-energy boutique law firm with offices in the Seattle, WA area. We are hiring a full-time associate attorney in our Washington office to handle litigation and potentially transactional matters.

Target compensation ranges from $125,000 to $190,000+ DOE, with base salary plus bonuses. Benefits include medical & dental insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and various bonuses. The role requires admission to the Washington State Bar and active litigation experience.

Qualifications

• WA State Bar license required.
• 1+ year of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research for cases and memos.
• Take and prepare depositions.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Draft briefs and pleadings for hearings and trials.
• Attend hearings and manage trial preparation tasks.
• Support transactional work if needed for hybrid practice.
• Collaborate with team to pursue client goals.
