Target Compensation: $125,000 - $190,000+ DOE (Base salary + bonuses). Benefits include Medical & Dental Insurance, 401K with up to 3% employer match, 10% revenue generation bonus in year one, performance bonuses, PTO, holidays, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Bar License with 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Experience in taking depositions and drafting briefs.
• Ability to conduct legal research and attend hearings.
• Willingness to engage in potential transactional work.
