Romero Park P.S. in Washington state seeks a full-time associate attorney to join our litigation-focused practice. The successful candidate will handle legal research, depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and trial preparation under senior supervision.

Candidates must be licensed in Washington with at least 1 year of litigation experience and a commitment to growth. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $190,000+ DOE, with base salary plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar license.
• 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Willingness to pursue partnership over time.
• Strong communication with clients and team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research to support cases.
• Take depositions and draft/Respond to discovery requests.
• Draft briefs and arguments for hearings and trials.
• Assist with trial prep and strategy development.
• Occasional transactional work as needed.
