The Law Office of Rory Weiner, P.A. is seeking a litigation associate with approximately five (5) or more years of experience to join our growing practice. We are a well-established Tampa Bay firm with over 23 years of experience handling business litigation, employment matters, HOA/condominium disputes, and complex civil issues. Our practice is trial-oriented. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced attorney who can start and contribute immediately.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 5+ years of litigation experience in Florida
• Be comfortable drafting motions, memoranda, pleadings, and discovery
• Have meaningful courtroom experience, including hearings and depositions
• Be capable of handling matters independently while collaborating when appropriate
• Exercise strong judgment and professionalism with clients
• Strong research abilities with Westlaw

Experience in business litigation, employment law, HOA/condominium disputes, or related civil litigation is preferred.

We are particularly interested in candidates coming from small or mid-sized firms where hands‑on responsibility and real courtroom experience are part of daily practice.
