Job summary

Equitas Law Partners LLP in Wilmington, NC, is seeking an associate attorney (1–5 years of experience) to support our expanding litigation practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, research and communication skills.

Duties include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, developing case strategy, and assisting with trial preparation. You will attend depositions, hearings and trials, and interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in NC.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
