Rinke Noonan is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Litigation Department. This is a professional position for an attorney who is motivated, client-focused, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a long-term career in a collaborative law firm environment.
In this position, you will primarily assist experienced attorneys at the firm in a wide variety of practice areas.This may include work in business litigation, construction litigation, real estate, evictions, employment law/litigation and banking/creditor remedies.Successful attorneys are given opportunities to have immediate contact with clients.Over time and as your experience allows, there will be opportunity and responsibility for managing some of your own files.In exchange for your hard work, you can expect an intellectually stimulating and collegial work environment, excellent training, and if you desire, partnership opportunities.You will also have support from administrative staff including, Legal Secretaries, Legal Technicians, and Paralegals.This position is primarily for work in-person at our office in St. Cloud.Opportunities for remote work may be available depending on circumstance and experience level.

Starting salary range: $105,000 to $133,000, depending on experience, qualifications, admission status, and placement within the firm's associate tier structure. The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws.
