Legal Associate Attorney - Remote in Connecticut

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm specializing in Civil Litigation Defense. We are seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTELY in Connecticut.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and memoranda, possesses strong organizational skills, and is willing to handle a heavy workload. This role involves broad responsibilities and exposure to legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)

  • Work remotely while appearing in local courts as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in CONNECTICUT and reside in Connecticut (multi-state admission is a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year of litigation experience at a law firm
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration at all organizational levels
  • Legal research skills; LexisNexis proficiency is a plus
