Duties

• Manage a broad range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Handle aspects of civil litigation, including client communications, motion practice, discovery, court appearances, mediations, and negotiating settlements.
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions.

Education

• Currently admitted to practice in Arkansas with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within one year.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

Active bar license in Arkansas or eligibility for admission within one year.

Skills

• Experience in civil litigation preferred, not required.
• Experience in complex business litigation, medical malpractice, product liability, and other tort litigation preferred but not required.
