Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first/third-party insurance claims | Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, bad faith | Take and defend depositions | Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions | Attend court hearings | Conduct examinations under oath
