Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking a Litigation Attorney to defend first-party and third-party insurance claims from our Denver, Colorado office. The role requires handling personal injury and related disputes, taking and defending depositions, and drafting motions and coverage opinions.

Candidates must have a JD from an ABA-accredited school and an active Colorado Bar license, with at least 3 years of litigation experience. This is a strict local-Denver opportunity with 100% onsite work.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance defense or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first-party and third-party insurance claims.
• Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and bad-faith litigation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and insurance coverage opinions.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation proceedings.
• Conduct examinations under oath (EUOs).

Required Qualifications
