Job summary

Brickstech in Denver seeks an experienced litigation attorney for a direct-hire, permanent role onsite. You will defend first- and third-party insurance claims, handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, and dispute resolution, and participate in depositions and court hearings.

Requires JD from ABA-accredited law school, active Colorado Bar, 3+ years in law firm litigation, and strong research and writing skills. Local candidates only and salary expectations must be included.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar license required—MANDATORY, no exceptions.
• Local candidates only—Denver, Colorado area.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm required.
• Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills required.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload.
