Looking for an Associate Attorney for an established Solo Practitioner who practices General Civil Litigation and Association Law. This can be a great opportunity for a recent law school graduate with mock trial experience. Must have strong oral advocacy, research, and writing skills. The ideal candidate will be able to handle litigation cases from start to finish with minimal supervision, including attending depositions, mediations, handling discovery, and trial preparation and execution. The candidate should be organized and capable of performing under pressure.

This position can be performed remotely, so it is not necessary to reside near the Miami office.

Compensation
